About Bia Beirut
Bia Beirut is a Lebanese–Irish, family-run food business bringing authentic Lebanese recipes and warm hospitality to Irish tables in Cork and beyond.
Founded by Rabih and Pamela, we make food the traditional way - by hand, with love and always a sprinkle of love.
We use authentic Lebanese ingredients to bring Beirut to Cork. From our delicious dips to baked sourdough snaps, cheese and breads, everything we create is rooted in heritage and made to share (or not!). We don't judge.
Our mission is simple. Good food doesn't have to be complicated. Naturally authentic, full of heart, and crafted for real life. From our table in Cork to yours.

Inspired by Tradition
We craft our food in small batches using carefully sourced ingredients from Lebanon and time-honoured techniques. Each recipe is inspired by Beiruit's kitchens, layered with depth, balance and bold flavour. Thoughtfully made, our food is destined to be savoured, shared and remembered.
Sourdough Bread

Made by hand from our 4 year old sourdough starter. Our breads are slowly fermented and baked in small batches for depth of flavour and natural texture. Made with time honoured methods, reflecting patience and craft.
Teta Breads

Handmade and freshly baked. Made in five delicious flavours. Teta Bread (like foccacia) is very versalite. Named after her, Teta means Nana in Arabic. It's soft, flavoursome and full of yum.
Dips | Sauces

Made from fresh ingredients, and produce prepared the way it should be. We believe real flavour starts with real ingredients, treated with care and transformed slowly in our kitchen. The result is food that tastes vibrant and delicious!
Mezze

A true taste of the Lebanon: our mezze brings together tangy shankleesh, marinated olives, delicate wara enab (vine leaves) and rich, slow-stuffed makdous (eggplant) — made for sharing.
Sourdough Snaps

Our baked sourdough snaps are irresistible little pillows of heaven — crisp, light and deeply satisfying. Made in small batches using just four real ingredients — olive oil, sourdough starter, a pinch of salt & seasonings/seeds.
Herbs | Spices

Pantry essentials — from earthy, aromatic za'atar to bright, citrusy sumac and crunchy, spiced dukkah, these herbs and spices bring bold Lebanese flavour to every dish. Perfect for everything.
